An angel tree is something that was created in the late 1970s for children to provide them with help and clothing and items that they maybe didn’t have access to. Angel trees have been progressively creating popularity and creating dreams for children that have no hope.

Recently angel trees have been a hit on social media, used for either more views or just out of the kindness of their hearts. Although many have been getting good attention for helping these children, many have been getting backlash too due to evidence showing that they only want to contribute to the Angel Tree donations for views and likes.

Angel trees are found mostly in stores such as Target and Walmart. You have the chance to pick out some kids and buy items on their list. Some are very descriptive and describe the items they want and the child who will receive these items.

The people who choose to do Angel Trees get to choose the spending amount, while they are given a budget on how much they can spend. Many families even in low income still find a way to participate in this charity to kids and teens.

Although it is mostly known to buy things for children there is also a neglected section which involves senior citizens. Some people can buy items for senior citizens, who are in senior citizen shelters and are in need.

This year we want many children, teens and even adults to get the support that they need.
