A great ending to our first home game in almost 4 years! Carson vs Narbonne took place on September 28th, 2023 and it left nothing to be desired! The cheer team, band, color guard , the entire Marching Blue Thunder squad, and the show stopping athletes showed up for this high-stakes game!
Everyone was told to wear black to show school spirit. Fortunately, the school spirit was exuberant and everyone was cheering for Carson to take home the win!
The game, having enthusiastic attendees, ended in a win for Carson High School. The final score was 27-7 sending the crowd into shouts and applause as they celebrated another victory for our amazing football team.
“It’s nice knowing that I was able to finally experience a home game as a student of Carson High School,” said CHS senior Andrew Sanchez.
Students are feeling the school spirit, and especially now that the home field is redesigned and ready to host, the excitement is contagious and makes the high school experience even more fun.
CHS senior John Chan stated, “The event was very enjoyable, [and] the cheer was really good and entertaining to watch. I like the choreography they had and the way the whole band was led was very cool.”
All of the teams and performers put so much effort into making this experience special. The entire community is looking forward to the spectacular contributions of our Colts.
