Leadership at Carson High

In leadership at Carson High School, students plan all kinds of events including field trips, homecoming, and spirit week.


Elijah De la Cruz, secretary at CHS, has many responsibilities to help leaders succeed.

De la Cruz said, “In leadership, I am the secretary. I take care of note-taking, planning meetings, all the events, and school activities.”


Leadership plans the events that occur at CHS, and De la Cruz described the fun activities that go on in the leadership class.


De la Cruz said, “It's pretty fun; you get to meet new people and hang out with the new people you meet. You [also] get to control and plan events.”


Leadership is a program where students like Leonardo Salazar, Amaury Tinoco, Kesha Garnilla, and Sabrina Padilla have the opportunity to run for offices such as President, Vice President, and Secretary.


“We are planning a homecoming, which will be in the next couple of months,” said CHS senior Leonardo Salazar who is a member of leadership.


Leadership has been an important group to the school. They help a lot during the school year so that students can have year-around fun. all have fun.
