2021 VMAS


VMAs


The VMA’s are coming up and the lineup is going to be one to remember! Doja Cat, Chloe Bailey, Normani, Oliva Rodrigo, Lil Nas X, and many more are expected to hit the VMA’s stage this year. This year Chloe Bailey will be doing her smash hit ‘’Lord Have Mercy’’ and this is a big performance for her because this will be her first debut performance as a solo artist. Oliva Rodrigo will also be taking her first performance on the VMA stage performing her massive song ‘’Good 4 U’’. She is also nominated for Best New Artist, Song of the year, Push Performance of the Year, Artist of the year, and Best Pop Video. Ultimately, she’s expected to win best new artist this year.


This year VMA’s is hosted by Doja Cat this year and with her goofy and loving personality, she’s going to be a good host. Doja Cat is nominated for some big awards this year like Video of the Year, Song of the Year, Artist of the Year, and Best Collaboration. As expected, Normani is one of the most anticipated performers of the night! She will be performing her newest single ‘’Wild Side’’ and fans cannot wait to see her at the VMA stage. This will be her second time at the VMA’s the last time she performed at the VMA’s was in 2019 and she was performing ‘’Motivation’’. This year's VMA's is actually really special because this will be its 40 birthday, the VMA’s aired on TV for the first time in 1984.


The VMA's have always been an award show where the most iconic and never forget moments happened. Every year they constantly raise the bar for themselves. With this lineup of performers and awards getting handed out tonight, this year's VMA's is going to be one to remember. The VMA’s is September 12, 2021, at 5:00 pm and 8:00 EST you don’t want to miss out on this show!
