The passion these boys have for this sport is very admiring. Carson High School boys’ soccer team are in season and ready to give it their all. The boys work hard throughout the week Monday through Thursday from 5 to 8 o’clock. When the boys practice they also think a step closer to their future, of how far soccer will get them. Also, they keep mindsets of goals to reach and one of them is to win Marine league Finals. If they win Marine league finals, they will be on their way to CIF for their first time in history.

CHS junior Amir Lizagara states, “My favorite part about the team is being a family, and brotherhood.”

The boys on the team seek pursuing goals after high school such as playing for college. It’s makes a big Impact on the boys because they play this sport out of love.

CHS junior Zourth Contos states, “When I play in the future I’ll will be the first full Filipino player.”

CHS junior Elias De Jesus Gallegos states, “In the future my goal is to become a professional soccer player.”

Also, each soccer player has a skill, and different abilities on how they play. Soccer involves a lot of running, and tricks on kicking the ball. When a team member is down, players will pick them back up, because without love and support from your teammates there is no team. Soccer players drive through their sport and will keep determining to strive. Colt love is their key.
