Math and English Tutoring

Attention all Students! If your struggling in English and Math, look no further. After school, in the library there is English and Math tutoring for those who need help with their class or just needs a quiet place to work on their homework. Ms. Wong(PAMA), Ms. Nguyen(PAMA), and Mrs. Harris(PAMA), are the following teachers who help with the English and Math Tutoring for Carson High School. Ms. Wong and Ms. Nguyen are the main teachers who help with the English tutoring and Mrs. Harris, is mainly the math tutor. With English, Ms. Wong and Ms. Nguyen help those who have difficulty in their grammar, their structure, and any other english assignment they need help on. Even though it is specifically for English and Math, you can still be able to go, to get assistance on any other subject you need help with.

This tutoring is for free, and no fees need to be paid. However not many Carson students are taking advantage of this opportunity. CHS allows all students who needs assistance to join this program instead of paying thousands of dollars for a math or english tutor.

“Many students need to take advantage of this opportunity, because growing up I didn’t have that opportunity, so what we(CHS) do is, allow all students to take our tutoring class and help them,” Math Teacher from CHS, Mrs. Harris stated.

All in all the tutoring program is open to all CHS students. Y equals M-X plus B the best you can be, and strive to better than others.
